This role ideally suits a keen digital amateur photographer with a high degree of experience with the software packages associated with digital photography and who is also highly proficient with IT software such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Word. If you enjoy photography, computers, the latest technology and cars then this role will interest you.
This is a full time permanent role based on 40 hours per week covering Monday to Sunday on a rota basis. You will receive 30 days holiday per year including statutory bank holidays, have the option to join the pension scheme available at the time (employee contributions only) and have a Death in Service benefit of twice your annual salary.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Take the appropriate photographs of vehicles to be listed on the website
- Align all photography for quality and consistency
- Taking and uploading photos inc. ‘one-shot’
- Matching photos accurately to the listing layout and ensuring brand standards are adhered to
- Quality control of photography and listing procedure
- Listing of accurate vehicle details and upload to website
- Progress chasing and resolving issues that cause vehicles to fall outside of agreed target/standard/KPI
- Make intelligent recommendations to change process/procedures in order to achieve agreed target/standard/KPI
- Making recommendations and driving continuous improvement to the photography and listing processes
Competencies & Experience Required
You will possess a photographic qualification or be a keen and knowledgeable amateur photographer that can demonstrate your knowledge and skills. You must be highly PC literate and have extensive experience of Photoshop or a similar software package. You will have the ability to work well under pressure, prioritise workloads and deliver to deadlines with strong attention to detail and a “get it right first time” attitude. You will possess a full clean UK driving licence.
