An opportunity has arisen to join the team as Centre Manager, reporting to the Regional Manager with Evans Easyspace a national provider of fully serviced office space, workshops and self storage. You will be based at Rural Enterprise Centre, Vincent Carey Road, Rotherwas Industrial Estate, Hereford, HR2 6FE.
This is a full time position working; Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:30 Friday 08:30 – 16:30
You will be entitled to one hour for lunch and 20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- To ensure the smooth running of the Centre in respect of the Clients requirements
- Provision of services i.e. telephone, guest announcements, conference facilities etc
- To welcome prospective Clients to the Centre, providing the Client information on the products available.
- Management of Centre staff and external contractors
- Report maintenance issues, which are apparent to the appropriate persons
- Ensuring the common facilities within the Centre are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and clear of obstructions
- Ensure Centre staff implement a signing in procedure i.e. occupiers, guests and maintenance contractors
- To promote the Company to outside bodies i.e. Chamber of Commerce, Development Agencies
- Assisting in preparation of and achieving budgets and projections for the Centre

Competencies & Experience Required
The ideal candidate will have business to business sales experience or come from a customer service background. Previous experience in management or a supervisory role would also be a distinct advantage. You will have the ability to understand problems and situations to draw out logical conclusions by breaking down situations, issues and problems into their component parts. The ability to persuade, influence and convince others to do something, to go along with or support one’s own goals and or objectives and have the ability and willingness to align behaviour with the needs, priorities and goals of the company. To have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer satisfaction at all times and shows enjoyment of dealing with customers.
