At the Preparation and Handover Centre near Crossgates in Leeds we require an Assistant Customer Support Manager.
This is a dual role comprising of customer facing and supervisory responsibility. Primarily focused on selling cars through pre-arranged appointments, finance and insurance products, dealing with enquiries, advising and consulting, managing documentation and data input. You will be responsible for organising and processing the delivery of vehicles to customers on time and as agreed, maintaining exceptional levels of customer support. Working in a fast paced target driven environment, requiring complete accuracy and an ability to work well under pressure to meet pre-defined deadlines utilising strong organisational skills and the ability to adhere to processes and deliver results. In addition you will be assisting and responsible for coaching, mentoring and driving performance throughout the team and acting as frequent cover for the Customer Support Manager.
Key tasks include:
- Providing a consultative sales approach
- Assisting in the development of the team through coaching, mentoring and performance management
- Assist in all elements of the recruitment process
- Assist with reporting and analysing trends in sales and service KPIs
- Ensure that the highest level of service is provided to all customers first time every time
- Effective and efficient management of complaints and escalate where necessary
- Selling the appropriate finance and insurance products
- Assisting customers with the decision making process
- Arranging home delivery
- Dealing with incoming telephone calls and e-mails
- Customer data entry in to the Epicenter system
- Customer greeting and handling of appointments
- Providing excellent customer service
The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising a team of sales advisors and have the ability to coach and mentor sales people to deliver targets and objectives. Experience of selling finance and insurance products would be a distinct advantage.
