Autoquake.com is a cutting edge e-commerce company in a very large vertical market - the £34 billion car industry. As the UK's leading online car retailer the company is revolutionising the industry and has aspirations to do so worldwide.
At the Preparation and Handover Centre near Crossgates in Leeds, Autoquake now require Administrators and Photographers to continue the expansion plans immediately.
Using a variety of software packages you will be involved with all aspects of administration and photography including the processes involved from when a vehicle is purchased and arrives on site, through to the sale including invoicing and filing.
Key tasks include:
- Allocation of vehicles
- Taking and uploading photographs
- Matching photographs accurately to the listing layout and ensuring Autoquake brand standards are adhered to
- Quality control of photography and listing procedure
- Progress chasing and resolving issues that cause vehicles to fall outside of agreed standard/target/KPI
- Make intelligent recommendations to change process/procedure in order to achieve agreed standard/target/KPI
- Invoicing and filing
- Gaining authorisation of repairs
- Compiling, generating reports, producing correspondence and documents
- Accurate input of data
You may specialise in one area only, either photography or administration, or you may be capable of a dual role.
If you have previous experience in administration that involved accurate data input, possibly have an interest in photography or be a keen amateur photographer then this role could be of interest to you.
