A unique opportunity has arisen to join the Company at their Preparation & Handover Centre, Northacre Business Park, Westbury due to continued expansion.
This is a full time permanent role working Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm with occasional Saturdays when required.
Using a variety of software packages you will be involved with all aspects of administration and the processes involved from when a vehicle is purchased and arrives on site through to the sale including invoicing and filing.
Key Tasks
* Accurate input of data
* Answering calls
* Invoicing
* Handling queries
* Compiling reports
* Authorising repairs
* General office duties
It is essential that you have good PC skills and are to a competent level with Microsoft Office. Previous experience as an administrator and Motor Trade experience would be a distinct advantage.
