Autoquake.com is a transactional website which allows consumers to make a purchase decision online for used cars, an expensive and complex used product.

You will enjoy working in an evolving, results driven fast paced environment at their Contact Centre near the Hawthornes, West Bromwich.
Primary Job Function:
This is a key customer focused role handling inbound calls with enquiries, advising, managing documentation, data inputting and explaining vital additional products such as finance, warranty and insurance, with a priority of having a consultative sales focus with the added ability to manage customer relationships in order to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Working Hours:
Full time is 5 days per week (40 hours) on a rota basis with some weekend working and occasional late nights to 7.00 pm. Part time roles are available on a 2 and 3 day a week basis which would also include some weekend working.
Salary and Holiday Entitlement:
Full time roles have a £16,000 per annum basic salary plus commission that gives an OTE of £21,000 per annum, actual earning potential is uncapped. Annual holiday entitlement is 22 days plus bank holidays (30 in total). Part time roles are pro-rata. Some Bank Holidays may have to be worked with a day taken in lieu.
Keys tasks:
- Dealing with inbound and outbound calls, voicemail and email
- Converting speculative enquiries into appointments and finance applications
- Assisting customers in making an informed decision on their vehicle purchase
- Reserving vehicles and taking payment’s where applicable
- Offering additional services such as Finance, Warranty and Gap Insurance
- Ensuring high levels of accuracy in all areas of the role, from data input to customer advice
- Providing consistently high standards of customer service and ownership of issues
- General housekeeping duties
It is essential that you have a minimum of 4 GCSE at grade C and above or 2 years call centre or customer services experience and are computer literate. You must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be well organised and can manage your day to day tasks as well as maintain high business process standards at all times.
