Autoquake.com is a transactional website which allows consumers to make a purchase decision online for used cars, an expensive and complex used product.
As part of the continued expansion programme the position of Customer Advisor / Sales Executive will give you an opportunity to work in a dynamic team orientated environment with good opportunities to grow your career. You will enjoy working in an evolving, results driven fast paced environment at there preparation and handover centre near Crossgates in Leeds West Yorkshire.
Primary Job Function
This is a key customer facing role primarily focused on selling cars through prearranged appointments including a range of finance and insurance products. For many customers you will be the first person they meet face to face and therefore there is a need to create a welcoming atmosphere. It is vittaly important that the whole "Autoquake" experience is one of complete satisfaction from start to finish of which you will be an integral part.
Working Hours
Full time is 5 days per week on a rota basis with some weekend working and occasional late nights to 7.00 pm. Part time roles are available on a 2 and 3 day a week basis which would also include some weekend working.
Salary and Holiday Entitlement.
Full time roles have a £16,000 per annum basic salary plus commission that gives an uncapped OTE of £35,000 per annum. Annual holiday entitlement is 22 days plus bank holidays (30 in total). Part time roles are pro-rata. Some Bank Holidays may have to be worked with a day taken in lieu.

Arranging home delivery
It is essential that you have a minimum of 2 years previous sales or customer services experience and are computer literate. Ideally you will have 4 GCSE's at grades C or equivalent, a proven track record of high customer satisfaction and be well organised. Existing knowledge of finance and insurance products, car sales or are just a car enthusiast would be a distinct advantage
