Description:
Our client is part of a large retail group in the motor industry with several volume franchises. This position is full time permanent and based in Hull, East Yorkshire.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team in Hull, East Yorkshire as a Service Advisor / Customer Telesales.
Previous experience in a customer service role within the motor industry is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Booking vehicles in utilising the service diary system
- Advising customers of estimated costs and service/repair times
- Communicating effectively with customers over the telephone and face to face
- Completing all documentation accurately, both manual and computerised
- Raising invoices and taking payment
- Telephone prospective customers to obtain bookings for service & MOT
- Follow up telephone calls to customers to obtain feedback within 72 hours of their visit to the dealership
- Ensure customer awareness of all products and services
This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, plus Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
Basic salary will be dependent on skills and experience.
Bonus is paid on top of basic salary upon achieving net profit results.
Additional quarterly Customer Satisfaction bonus if minimum results are achieved.
