An opportunity has arisen to join the company as a Sales Controller / Business Manager with the opportunity to progress to Sales Manager for the right candidate with drive, determination and the ability to achieve results.
This is a full time permanent position with some weekend working required.
Previous experience in a Sales Controller, Business Manager or Sales Manager role is essential and the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to interact with customers, ensure the sales team adhere to the sales process, be articulate with paperwork and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Ensure that the sales team prospect and make appointments daily
- Monitor the sales process and customer interactions
- Maintain a high standard of administration
- Stack deals including all appropriate products
- Achieve new and used sales targets, both in profitability and units
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
