They also provide virtual offices, hot desks, meeting and training rooms and self storage accommodation.
The position of Receptionist / Administrator is a full time permanent position based at their centre in Moulton Park, Northampton.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm and Fridays 8.30 am to 4.00 pm.
Key Task & Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming telephone calls in a prompt and professional manner
- Meet and greet business customers and their clients
- Handle customer queires
- Invoicing and billing for services
- Carry out general administration
- Coordinating and assisting withnthe internal mail system
- Build and maintain a good working knowledge of the company policies
- Assist with mail couriers
- Maintain general housekeeping
- Book meeting and training rooms
- Ordering of stock such as stationary and refreshments
The ideal candidate will have experience of handling customers, be PC literate with basic knowledge of word and Excel, have strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
