MOTOR TRADE JOBS: Our client is part of a large dealer group, this position is based in Doncaster South Yorkshire working with a volume franchise.
This is a part time position on a temporary contract, covering maternity leave.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Sales Administrator role within the Motor Industry.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities include:
- Ensure all new vehicles are ordered to the correct specification
- Raise vehicle invoices in an accurate and timely manner
- Ensure all costs including bonus entitlement are allocated to the vehicle
- Tax all vehicles in an accurate and timely manner, new and used
- Ensure new and used vehicle stock lists are up to date at all times
- Usage on the manufacturer system and AFRL
- Maintain a simple and systematic filing system
Salary is dependent on experience.
