Description:
MOTOR TRADE JOB: Our client is part of a group in the retail motor industry with several volume franchises. An opportunity has arisen for a Business Manager / F & I Manager to join the team in North Lincolnshire.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to prove themselves as a dynamic team leader with good promotional prospects.
This is a full time permanent role with some weekend working.
Key tasks include:
- Maximise the profitable sale of finance and insurance products
- Assist in closing vehicle sales by providing finance and insurance products as an aid to selling
- Ensure all FSA regulations are monitored and adhered to
- Assist in coaching and developing the team
- Ensure sales and profit targets are met by working closely with the Sales Executives
- Use added value techniques and sales processes to secure greater margins
- Administering and dealing with proposals, acceptances and finance commission debtors
- Obtaining correct customer proofs
- Minimising exposure and risk to the company
The ideal person will have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role and have motor trade / automotive experience.
