All suitable candidates are screened and assessed against the clients brief given to CARS for any vacancy and CARS will put forward a selection of candidates that best fit that brief. This enhances our candidates chances of being successful as our clients have become to expect good quality candidates that fit the vacancy brief, therefore our clients are growing giving us more vacancies that gives our candidates more opportunities.
CARS reserve the right at their sole discretion not to register or delete a candidate. You must have previous Motor Trade / Automotive experience and either be currently employed in the motor industry or have recently been employed within the Motor Industry. If for any reason we have exceptions to the above they will be stated in our vacancy advertising.
*Our vacancies remain advertised until such time as the position has been filled and the candidate has started employment with the employer. This is subject to notification from the client.
