Connect HR & Recruitment Expands with CARS
CARS the new trading name from Connect HR & Recruitment is all part of their continued growth plan to expand within the Automotive Recruitment sector.
A new brand name and new logo can be seen from the exterior but there have been many changes within the operational side of the business also to ensure they achieve their growth plans without sacrificing the levels of service their clients and candidates have become to expect.
Chris Watson, Director and Partner said, “We have been making steady growth year on year through our Automotive recruitment services however we have always felt we could grow at a faster rate. We have so much to offer our clients and candidates due to our knowledge of the Motor Trade and recruitment processes, so we decided to look at ourselves closely and developed a plan which is what you are now seeing unfold. From the very latest recruitment technology and streamlined processes to a new look and new web domains increasing our market exposure we hope to increase our levels of growth even though times are a bit tough within the Motor Industry at the moment”.
Chris also said, “Our services are professional and transparent to all our clients and candidates alike. We do what we say we do and I am happy to stand in front of any one of our clients and allow them in to our business to prove it. Our promise to our clients is set in stone as far as I am concerned and that is what makes us quite unique”.
CARS or Connect Automotive Recruitment Services will be launched fully in early September 2011 with further advances to the already fast paced and SEO optimised website however you may be noticing CARS a little more often between now and its full launch. Link to CARS website
