Chris Watson was awarded a Diploma in Performance Coaching by the NCFE through Newcastle College in January 2005 and has proved to be a very successful business turnaround specialist in the Retail Automotive sector. Now Chris specialises in performance coaching and mentoring managers through techniques such as Clean & Reflective Language, Symbolic Modelling and the STEPPA coaching model.
Coaching sessions are always conducted on an individual basis and normally take between 90 minutes and 2 hours with a minimum of 3 sessions required to affect and increase performance. Coaching fees are £195 plus VAT per session with a reduction for multiple bookings.
