Pay As You Go
For many businesses with a small to medium workforce in industry sectors that do not have a high rate of employment issues, being tied into a regular monthly fee is not the most cost effective solution. We recognise this which is why we offer a “Pay As You Go” service which means quite literally you only pay when you require our support and the advice of our HR Consultants or Advisors.
Our “Pay As You Go” service includes:
- Telephone access to a HR Consultant or Advisor who will work closely with you on any issues which may include for example under performance, redundancy, maternity, disciplinary or sickness absence on a simple “Pay As You Go Basis” so you only ever pay for the services you use.
- Supply and assistance by e-mail of any employment documentation, forms or letters that are required
We charge an annual administration fee of £55 with the first fee payable at the point of set up. Then when you need us our assistance fees are based on £45 per hour split by 15 minute increments and so most issues and letters are completed for less than a £25 fee. Invoices are raised at the end of each month should there be any assistance fees, and our payment terms are 14 days from the date of invoice.
In addition to the above we can offer an on-site service where your HR Advisor can assist on site with some of those difficult situations you are uncomfortable with or not confident in and we can also introduce you to Composite Legal Expense Insurance, which covers you in the event of an employment claim.
